The Raise Report email notification is an admin-only user setting that automatically sends daily and weekly reports about your organization's fundraising activities and performance metrics. You have the option to enable or disable these notifications in your specific user settings.
How to Enable or Disable Raise Report Email Notification
Navigate to your avatar in the upper right corner of the app and select Manage Account.
At the bottom of this screen, look for Raise Report Notifications. Toggle on to receive these notifications and toggle off to disable them.
As a user-specific setting, this action will only enable or disable this automatic email notification to you. Other admin users can enable or disable these notifications in their account settings.
What is Included in the Raise Report Email Notification?
This report includes daily (for the daily report) or weekly (for the weekly report) metrics like:
- Donations raised
- Total Gifts
- New Recurring Gifts
- Average Gift
- Traffic (page views)
- Conversion rate
- Most popular Forms or Pages
- Most popular Projects
- Additional data such as:
- Highest value Gift
- Median Gift amount
- Tributes
- Corporate matches
