How Do I Customize My Organization's Favicon?

When you really want to deliver a fully customized experience for your donors, attention to all the details is important. You have the ability to customize the favicon for your giving pages. What is a favicon you ask? Great question! A favicon is the icon that appears on your browser tab next to the name of the tab.

Setting your Favicon

Once you’ve logged into Raise Donors as an admin, head to settings then “Design” under System Settings.

Next, select the upload icon for the Favicon and add the image you would like to use. Keep in mind this image needs to be less than 512 pixels as it’s a small icon. Make sure to save your changes!

Now you can preview any of your giving pages and see your new Favicon in action!
