With Raise’s AI-powered language translation, donation Pages and Forms adapt to the donor’s browser language or location. Once enabled, the Language Translation feature automatically creates a fully translated giving experience that reads naturally and captures the right tone and cultural nuances.
Enabling Automatic Language Translation
AI-powered Language Translation is enabled within the Builder for each Page or Form, so you can choose specific Pages to allow translation based on their purpose. To enable Automatic Language Translation on a specific Page:
- Select the Settings icon within the Builder.
- Select Language Translation from the Settings menu options.
- Choose your Default Language from the dropdown that displays on the Page if the donor’s location is not detected. Then, toggle on Automatic Translation.
Once enabled, your Page dynamically translates to the donor’s preferred language based on their browser language. No need to duplicate Pages or add additional languages! The AI maintains your Page’s formatting and structure, so there’s no manual cleanup or revisions needed.
How Does It Work?
When a donor visits your Raise Page or Form, the Automatic Translation detects their browser language and geolocation. Using this data, Raise instantly translates all text on the full Page or Form including all buttons, help text, and Form fields.
International Currency
Depending on your Page’s Settings, Raise also auto-detects the donor’s native currency and updates the giving options with the converted amounts and relevant currency symbol. Click here to learn more about International Currency options for your Page.
