New: International Support Setting in the Form and Page Builder
We are rolling out a new page setting in the Form & Page Builder that will allow you to turn OFF accepting gifts in international currencies. You can now find this in the Settings area of your page or form.
Turning International Support off means that donors will only see gift values in the form’s gateway currency, rather than their native currency. Turning this setting ON means that donors will see gift amounts in and be charged in, their native currency.
The default setting is for International Support to be ON. So if you do not want to accept gifts in other currencies, be sure to flip this setting off and republish your form or page.
Other Updates
We’ve added a new “Covered Costs Amount” field to the All Gifts view in Raise. You can now both filter and export for all gifts where the donor covered costs, or where that cost amount met a defined threshold.
And the Rest
- We fixed an issue occurring on mobile devices, where if your form had a lot of text in the Recurring Ask Prompt section, we were autoscrolling to the bottom of the modal.
- We fixed an issue where users were running into an error when trying to configure conditional logic around certain types of custom fields.
