Raise AI Page Builder helps you create fully designed donation pages efficiently with simple prompts. Using the information in your organization's Knowledge Base, the AI Builder generates on-brand copy, layout, and Modules automatically. This article walks you through setting up your Knowledge Base, generating a page with AI, and refining it using either the AI Assistant chat or manual selections.
Note: Raise AI Builder is currently available for giving pages only. Lead form pages are not yet supported.

Before You Begin: Set Up Your Knowledge Base
To get the best results from the AI Builder, your organization should complete the Knowledge Base first. The Knowledge Base informs the AI about your organization, including your mission, voice, brand, and programs. The AI draws on this information every time it generates or edits a page, so the output reflects your specific organization rather than generic nonprofit copy. Without a Knowledge Base, Raise AI Builder can still build structurally sound pages, but the copy will be placeholder-quality and the tone will be generic.
To get started setting up your Knowledge Base, navigate to Settings. Under Raise AI, select Knowledge Base.
To add information about your organization, choose to either Discover from Website or Add Knowledge Source using the buttons in the top right.
Discover from Website
Click Discover from Website and enter your organization's URL to prompt the AI to crawl your site and automatically populate your Knowledge Base with relevant content it finds. You can review and edit any discovered sources afterward.
Once discovery has started, you can opt to continue running it in the background while you complete other work. If you chose to have Raise AI generate sample donation pages, they appear as drafts in your Experiences tab, marked in purple signifying they were built with AI.
Add Knowledge Sources
If you’d prefer to select specific content like your Mission Statement or Brand Voice instead of your entire website, select Add Knowledge Source. This gives you complete control over training the AI Builder on your voice and mission.
From the form, choose the Knowledge Source Type (listed below), give it a Title and optional Description, and paste the Content below.
Knowledge Source Types
You can add four types of Knowledge Sources to Raise:
| Type | What It's For |
| Mission Statement | Add your organization's core mission, in your own words. This anchors all AI-generated copy to your purpose. |
| Brand Voice | Describe how your organization communicates (e.g., warm and conversational, bold and urgent, formal and trustworthy, etc.). Include words or examples you use, words you avoid, and any tone guidelines your team follows. |
| Document | Upload existing content in PDF, Word, Markdown, or text format. This may include annual reports, campaign briefs, impact stories, and program descriptions. |
| Web Page | Provide a specific URL, rather than your entire website, and Raise AI crawls that page and indexes its content automatically. |
Once sources are added, Raise begins analyzing the content in the background. A status indicator shows whether indexing is Pending, Indexed, or Encountered an Issue. Re-index any source at any time if the underlying content has changed.
Generating a Page
Once your Knowledge Base is populated with your organization’s information, you start generating a new giving page. To create a new page, select Build with AI as your starting point.
In the prompt field, describe the page or purpose you have in mind. Be as specific or as general as you like: the more context you give, the more tailored the result. Type your own description, or choose one of the quick-start suggestions to get going instantly:
- Monthly Giving: for sustainer and recurring donor campaigns
- Emergency Appeal: for time-sensitive or crisis-driven fundraising
- Memorial Tribute: for tribute gifts honoring a loved one
Once you click Generate Experience, the AI Builder starts to build your page. You are taken directly into the builder where the page comes together automatically. Sections appear one by one as the AI builds them, with a live progress indicator showing what's being created. When the page generation is complete, your page is ready to review, refine, and publish.
Once generation is complete, every section added is a fully editable Module you can open, reconfigure, or replace entirely.
Modules
Modules are the building blocks of every page built by the AI Page Builder. Each Module is a templated section with its own layout, copy structure, and visual personality based on your organization’s Knowledge Base. The AI Builder chooses specific Module types depending on your prompt when generating the page. For example, a memorial tribute page gets different Modules than an emergency appeal because the AI understands the purpose of each Module. All content and design elements are selected based on the information in your Knowledge Base but can be modified. Edits can be made manually or by asking the AI in the chat panel.
The AI chooses from a variety of nonprofit-specific Modules to build your page. Click here to learn more about the different Module options.
Refine with AI Assistant Chat
Once your page is built, a Raise AI Assistant chat panel opens inside the builder, allowing you to refine the page using plain language. Or use the star icon in the left-hand menu to open or close the chat.
Modify your page with prompts like:
- Try a warmer color palette throughout
- Add a testimonial section after the story
- Rewrite the headline to be shorter and more direct
- Add a countdown to the end-of-year deadline
The AI Assistant reads the full current state of your page with every chat message, so it reviews what's already there and makes changes in context. The page updates automatically as edit requests are applied.
Note: The chat panel displays a usage indicator pie chart showing how much of the AI's context capacity has been used in the current conversation. For very long chat sessions, starting a fresh conversation keeps responses fast and accurate.
Use the undo and redo buttons in the top right to revert any AI-generated changes.
Refine Manually
For changes you'd prefer to make by hand, the typical builder is available in addition to the AI Assistant. You can interchange AI-driven edits with manual adjustments at any point. Click into any Module to open the settings menu on the right-hand side. Modify the message, call to action, layout, and design for any section.
Publish
The final step to completing your new giving page is to Publish it. If you are building a hosted page, Raise provides the published page’s URL to view and a QR code that directs donors to your page.
If you are building an embeddable form, the publish step gives you a code snippet to copy and paste into your website.
