Sending receipts is a huge piece of the donor's journey. This ensures the donors receives confirmation and tax credit information for each Gift. But there may be times when a donor requests a duplicate of the automated Receipt sent after the donation processed. For example, they accidentally deleted the email and need another for record keeping. Use the following steps to resend a Receipt.
- End the donor's name in the Quick Search bar.
- Click the donor's name to open their Giving History.
- Select the three-dot icon to the right of the Gift you wish you resend the Receipt. Then, select Resent Receipt.
- Use the dropdown from the menu to choose the email to resend the Receipt to.
- Select Send Receipt at the bottom, and you're done! Your donor now has another copy of their Receipt!
