reCAPTCHA

Virtuous uses reCaptcha to protect your donors in giving forms. Essentially, reCaptcha keeps malicious software from engaging with your giving forms. reCaptcha can be seen in many variations across the web - you may have encountered reCaptcha on a form that made you click to identify that you are human. In Raise Donors, your donors do not need to let you know they are human, the reCaptcha is working in the background to protect your forms from malicious software.

Stripe Radar

Stripe uses its entire database of card transactions worldwide to monitor card usage. This feature is enabled by default for Virtuous Payments Powered by Stripe users. Radar pulls information from Stripe financial partners, data from payments and checkout flows and analyzes it to identify and block fraud.

Stripe Radar for Fraud Teams (RFFT)

This is an optional feature that you can turn on in Stripe for an additional cost that allows you to customize how Stripe Radar works within your platform. RFFT replaces Stripe Radar when in use.
