The setup of schedule objects housed in RaiseDonors is a 'link' between RaiseDonors and the schedules stored with Stripe Cost+. There are two distinct approaches to migrating recurring data into RaiseDonors, in both cases, schedules already exist with Stripe Cost+ and schedule objects need to be created either in the RaiseDonors platform or your CRM being used to complement RaiseDonors. The process outlined here is considered the "manual" process. The Manual Approach is (as the name indicates) a manual, bulk creation of schedule objects in RaiseDonors to accurately capture all customized information related to recurring schedules for the new gateway, essentially migrating one bundle of information on a specific day.
This is the most common approach, but it's also the most detailed. To help facilitate this approach we've created a Schedule Import Template. This file can import recurring schedules into RaiseDonors as schedule objects.
